Do you accept returns?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. Any advertised promotions or discounts are only valid in the timeline in which they are held and cannot be applied to past or future orders. All products of The Elevated Abode are vintage and antique. Vintage products are worn in nature and may contain blemishes, which gives each product its one-of-a-kind appeal and therefore cannot be considered defective.

Can I see your products in person?

We are currently located in a three co-op mercantile located in Frisco, and Highland Village, Texas.  The Painted Tree- Frisco can be found at 2930 Preston Rd Unit 200B, Frisco, TX 75034. The Painted Tree- Highland Village can be found at 2240 Justin Rd, Highland Village, TX 75077. All of our current inventory is housed here although you can see our selection online and on our connected social media accounts as well.

Do you edit your product photos?

All product photos on the website are taken with the best natural light possible along with subtle editing via LightRoom. Depending on the lighting in your home and the device you are using, the colors of our rugs may look slightly different in person. If you are ever hesitant, please reach out and we will assist your purchase with additional photos or videos.

What is the best cleaning process?

All of our rugs are professionally cleaned by our supplier before we receive them. For cleaning at home, we recommend vacuuming the top of the rug on a weekly basis, without the use of a beater bar. If you experience any spills, you can easily spot clean your rug with warm water, vinegar, and a few drops of clear dish soap. Be sure to blot and never rub.
